The house is recently renovated and fully equipped. An L-shaped living room on the ground floor is separated from the bathroom including toilet by the spacious entrance. The upper floor is 1 large bedroom with a double bed and a separate reading corner. Please note: if you have difficulty walking, the stairs to the top floor may be perceived as steep. The balcony has a lounge area set up overlooking the water. The spacious plot including garden (50x20) is completely immersed in greenery, is completely fenced, and set up for privacy and tranquility. Stay includes linen and excludes towels.
