Dear tenants, I have been retired for two years and enjoy spending time at my vacation home in Puerto Rey. I love the early and late summer seasons. I enjoy cycling to nearby villages, visiting markets, and swimming in the sea or the pool. Hiking in the mountains, playing tennis at the Puerto Rey sports complex. Valle del Este golf course is 5 km away. The apartment is available for direct rental in the summer with NO commission. Winter rentals from December through April. Subject to agreement.
