I rent 2 rooms with breakfast in my beautiful house in Fanabe (Adeje).
The deluxe room with jacuzzi on the private terrace is on the entire top floor. This is a room with ensuite bathroom with large shower, toilet and 2 sinks. On the terrace is a lounge corner sofa with cushions and above it a sunshade that can be operated electrically. There is also an exercise bike and table with 2 chairs on the terrace.

The 2nd room is on the ground floor and opens onto the pool area with a large sliding window to the ground. This room has a very large bathroom with bathtub, large shower, 2 sinks and toilet. The bathroom is directly opposite the room(1m) and can be closed off. However, it has to be shared with just myself ( I am a clean 41 year old man and use the bathroom early when I get up and during the day when the guests are out or on an outing).

Both rooms have a large flat screen with TV vlaand., safe,coffee maker,hair dryer, and minibar. There is also air conditioning in the rooms and the windows can be darkened with shutters(almost totally dark except for a few cracks). There are also 2 bath towels in each room for use by the pool or sea. There is also shower gel, soap and toothpaste in the room. The rooms are maintained daily by me.
There is free wifi throughout the house (fiber internet, usually very good, but very occasionally a failure (Spain)). The kitchen, living room and lower terrace with pool and patio with tv vlaanderen next to the pool are available to guests all day.
The house is located on a hill in a quiet residential area and therefore has beautiful sea views. By foot to the beach is 1 km and it is within walking distance of shopping centers and restaurants and nightlife. I will take you by car for free once a day to the bottom of the beach(1km) and pick you up if you wish.
Breakfast is also very extensive at your desired hour(between 8.30 and 12, except if you go on excursion early or leave can be earlier).
On arrival I will pick you up at the airport for free if you wish (and return you on departure).
The price of the luxury room with jacuzzi is 80¤ per night for 2 persons(incl breakfast), the room next to the pool comes to 60¤.
For use jacuzzi on the luxury room I ask 5¤ per day extra if desired, so luxury room with jacuzzi 85¤, without jacuzzi 80¤.
If the guests like the temperature of the pool to 29gr, I ask 5¤ extra per day, if not pool temperature 25 degrees.
