This 4-person chalet "the Marel"' is located on a quiet park on the edge of the Dennenbos. The center of De Koog is 1.5 km away. The cottage has private parking and a fenced terrace.

The "Eilandleven" holiday home is situated on the edge of the woods and features a large garden with stunning unobstructed views. This property can accommodate up to 6 people. The fenced garden makes it ideal for dog owners or families with young children.

Downstairs is the cosy living room with a dining area. The small, fully equipped kitchen has a large French window opening onto the adjoining terrace. The utility room contains a washer-dryer and an extra fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and a view of the garden. Next to the bedroom is a small study.

The stairs in the living room lead to the upper floor. Here you will find two further bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The terrace is situated on the south side, adjacent to the kitchen, sheltered from the wind. Here you can truly enjoy the tranquillity of Texel. Bicycles can be stored under cover against the house or in the shed.
