Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single box-spring beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine and dryer. The apartment is equipped with a heat pump, making it comfortably warm in winter and cool in summer. Because the energy is generated by solar panels on the cattle barn, Brakestein is energy neutral. There is a bicycle shed for shared use.
There is a terrace at the front of the apartment and a private terrace in the shared garden at the rear of the farmhouse. In the farmhouse is a group room for general use.
