My parents that will be the people available during the stayand they only speak Italian, by phone (the daughter) I will be available to speak in English or Spanish (as I live abroad)
HOUSE RULES:
NO PETS are allowed and it is better not to smoke in the house but not prohibited (would be more appreciated to smoke in the veranda).
This is a tavern (basement apartment) with large windows that lets light come in.
Parking is not a closed space, there is space in front of the house(beside the road, not private) and other space on the back of the house which is private (but open).
