From the careful renovation of a traditional house of the historical centre comes out a place with impressions of Sicily and faraway countries, mixing ecology, art, history and urban design.
The house is set out on two levels, with living room-kitchen, 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, panoramic balcony and lounge-terrace overstanding the marvellous S. Giorgio cathedral and the roofs of the old town.

The terrace at Kimiyá is a secluded spot where one can sunbathe or enjoy a glass of fragrant Sicilian wine whilst waiting for the evening to fall when the town is all lit up. From this vantage point, you can gaze across the entire historic centre of Modica: from the ancient Jewish quarter to the spectacular baroque outline of the Cathedral of S. Giorgio.
