Borgo Marina looks like a restoration of a villa and associated farmhouse but it's newly built with all of the plus points that brings. The development consists of two buildings housing between them 6 duplex apartments and 7 large, single story apartments. The villa features lime stucco elevations with ornate cornices, green shutters and copper guttering. The farmhouse is in hand made brick, has a traditional external staircase serving the three duplex apartments and grey shutters.

The two buildings are on a south facing slope 1600m from the sea with each apartment enjoying views of the sun rising over the Adriatic as well as clear views of the Apennine Mountains National park. Those in the duplex apartments will see mountains as far as Gargano on a clear day: that's 250km!

Inside, each apartment has a large open plan living room, three bedrooms and 2/3 bathrooms. Every apartment has been built to capitalise on the uninterrupted views and has either balconies or a private gardens. Inside the floors are Travertine marble throughout and each apartment is fitted with full air-conditioning and central heating. Some apartments also have open fireplaces for winter evenings. Double glazed windows are made in solid oak. Bathrooms are tiled in matching Travertine marble with mosaic shower areas: many of the showers have windows so that you can enjoy the view as you shower.

Stylish Italian fitted kitchens with granite worktops come as standard and are fitted with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob and extractor. Walls are finished in painted plaster and solid wooden doors are used throughout.
