This holiday apartment is situated in a quite part of the city (just 5 minutes walking from city center), just 100 metres from the Amphitheatre. The apartment is on the first floor of a 100-year-old building and was renovated just recently in 2016. The big advantage of this apartment is that many of the sights are within walking distance.
The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs. Free parking is possible on the street in front of the house and on the free, public parking, about 30 meters from the house.
The 42m² modern apartment is tastefully furnished and suitable for four people. It has a living room with a little kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200cm) and a supplementary bed (80 x 200cm). On request, there is also a baby bed (60 x 120 cm). The very modern, spacious bathroom has a big window, a shower cubicle, a washing machine, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a big mirror with lighting. The living room provides a comfortable sofa that can be used as a sofa bed (110 x 220cm), and a dining space for four people, an air conditioning unit and a TV. The pantry kitchen behind the dining space has a two-ring hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave and a kettle.
You can walk to the many nearby sights, such as the famous Amphitheatre. It is 900 metres to the "Golden Gate" and the Roman theatre, 800 metres to the Augustus Temple, and 500 metres to the "Double Gate". You can also walk to the Archaeological Museum of Istria and the historical Maritime Museum with the best view of the town. It is only about 800 metres away. Owing to the central location there are various shops nearby. It is just 100 metres to a market, a restaurant and a café. It is 2km to the beach.
