This house is halfway between Porec and Vrsar, on the outskirts of the little village of Funtana, at least 50 metres from the nearest neighbour.

Outside you can find a barbecue, a private tennis court, all surrounded by a big garden with an abundance of flowers. The outdoor terrace is furnished with garden furniture, six sun loungers and a parasol, as well as a big table for 8 people.

The very spacious villa of 250m² is on two floors and can accommodate a maximum of nine guests. The ground floor has a living room with a rustic ceiling, with a fireplace, air conditioning, leather sofas and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels. Next to it is the dining room with a big dining table and the adjoining open kitchen, which is fully-equipped and includes a hob, microwave, coffee machine and a big fridge. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed 180cm wide, and there is a bathroom with a shower. The first floor has a big bedroom (22m²) with a terrace with a sea view and a bathroom with a bath. The fourth bedroom is in a separate apartment with a living room, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a terrace.

There are restaurants and shops 150 metres from the villa. The Dinosaurus Park and the new water park, one of the largest in Croatia, are very popular with children and young people. The nearest beach is 400 metres away.

The living room has a double sofa bed and the house provides free Internet access. The accommodation is ideal for children and dogs. The owner offers up to four bicycles, two for use free of charge, and table football. Part of the garden provides toys for children.
