Approximately 20-minutes drive to Porec and 17 km from the tourist resort Lanterna where are beautiful and well-kept pebble and rocky beaches. Near the house there are several wine and olive oil roads, as well famous wineries. The house is located on a well-kept and fully fenced garden of 700 m2, with an outdoor pool of 32 m², swings for children, two covered terraces for lounging and dining outdoors. Small tavern is in a separate building with an equipped kitchen and fireplace, as well as one shower /wc. Covered parking for two vehicles are available in the yard.
