Villa Olea a is a brand new villa located in the Sukošan , near Zadar. It has been built and decorated to offer you the perfect holiday experience.

One of the Villa’s greatest assets is its location. It ´s located only 50 meters from sea and offers you great view and chance to explore our clear sea.

Also it has private pool where you can spend unforgettable moments.

Willa can accommodate up to 8 guests.

At your disposal are 4 bedroom ( 1 on the ground flour, 3 on the first flour).

One bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom is situated on the ground floor.

There, you will find also a fully-equipped kitchen , dining area, and living room and one exstra toilette.

The first floor is reserved for a good night's sleep and relaxation, with 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with 2 single bed).

Master bedroom en-suit bathroom, and has a big balcony with beautiful sea view.

The other two bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the pool.

There is one more bathroom on the first floor.

The outdoor space is equipped with a barbecue and dining table.

Around the swimming pool there are deck chairs and little garden with olive trees.

Private parking is by the house.
