The flat is located on the second floor with a separate entrance and can accommodate up to two people.
It has a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide). A baby cot can be provided on request.
The air-conditioned living and dining area has a kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, kettle and coffee machine, as well as a dining table with chairs, a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
From the living area you can access the balcony equipped with garden furniture.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
Bed linen, towels, reliable WLAN internet access, use of the air conditioning and parking space will be provided free of charge with your holiday flat.
Next to the house is our summer kitchen (for communal use) with a small kitchen with gas hob and oven. A washing machine and an iron/ironing board are also available for our guests.

A fig tree with extra sweet fruits will tempt you to eat.

We live on the ground floor and are always available for help, questions and company.
