The lovingly designed outdoor area is particularly impressive on the 200 square metre living space. The inviting and very spacious pool area of the house is the ideal place to enjoy - whether brunch, cocktails or simply sunbathing. The villa's furnishings and fittings are modern and have been selected with great attention to detail. The bright, beautiful room concept makes every guest's heart beat faster. The spacious living room invites you to linger and is the centre of the villa. The living area is equipped with an HD LED TV, an integrated home cinema and German television. The open-plan kitchen is directly adjacent to the living area and is equipped with an exclusive granite worktop. The interior of the kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired.

You will be looked after on site by our German-speaking property management. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are only permitted with our authorisation.
