The house was newly built in 2018 and is located in the south-west of Cape Coral in the middle of a quiet residential area with good connections to great activities, shopping facilities and beaches.

The terrace is equipped with a dining area and gas barbecue, as well as a large seating area and sun loungers. The property is located directly on a freshwater canal.

The living area of the house is over 170 m² and consists of: Living room with flatscreen TV, master bedroom with direct access to the terrace and adjoining bathroom with shower, double washbasin and WC. There are three further bedrooms in the opposite part of the house. Two with queen-size beds and one with two single beds. A second bathroom with washbasin, bathtub and WC also has direct access to the terrace and the new pool. This was only added in 2019. All bedrooms are equipped with TV. The fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer with automatic ice maker and blender is open-plan to the dining area. W-Lan is available throughout the house.

The beach of Cape Coral with pier is about 20 minutes away by car. The beautiful sandy/shell beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva can be reached in about 30-45 minutes by car. Cape Coral is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Everglades or to the marvellous beaches a little further north. Restaurants and supermarkets are within a 5-10 minute drive and the nearest outlet mall is about 40 minutes away.

The house has a large garage with space for 3 cars, here you will also find 4 bicycles and a beach trolley which are available free of charge.
