This semi-detached holiday home is on a small-scale holiday park with nine houses in Julianadorp in North Holland, right on the North Sea. Here you will find a beautiful sandy beach with a wide row of dunes and colourful flower fields.
Outside, you will find a beautiful, well-kept and especially large garden with terrace and garden furniture. Here you will find plenty of peace and privacy, allowing you to relax and unwind. With the existing charcoal grill, nothing stands in the way of a joint barbecue evening. The house does not have its own parking space, but 30 metres away is a public car park where you can park for free. Pets are welcome.
With a living area of approx. 75 m², this modern and newly furnished accommodation offers enough space for up to five people. The living/dining room features a comfortable corner sofa, a coffee table, a satellite TV with DVD player and a spacious dining table with seating for six. The adjoining open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a gas cooker, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle and a filter/Senseo coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the two bedrooms has a box-spring bed (1.60 metres wide) and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds, one of which can be folded out (indicated as an extra bed). Bring your own duvet cover as there is no duvet cover in the holiday home. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. The landlord is happy to provide a cot, high chair and board games for all ages free of charge. You can also use a washing machine free of charge. Free Wi-Fi and heating are available in all rooms of the house.
Some supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi, Vomar (also open on Sundays) are nearby, as well as the tourist office, a swimming pool and many restaurants. The beach and the sea are just 800 metres away.
