The house has a very spacious garden and is completely fenced except for the side bordering the field and is therefore very suitable for small children and dogs. The garden includes a lawn surrounded by a flower garden with several fruit trees. Attached to the house is the terrace with canopy and a wood-burning stove, garden chairs and dining table with chairs.

The house has two floors with the living room with open kitchen on the ground floor. The living room has many windows, giving you a beautiful view over the vast landscape. At 500 metres you will find the village of Stavennisse with a marina with cosy terraces and a surprisingly well-stocked supermarket and a grandmother's sweet shop.
