The farmhouse is located in the centre of the idyllic village of Gapinge with approx. 600 inhabitants. It is in a quiet location as the street is not a main road.
The originally preserved farmhouse stands on a large plot (approx. 900 m²) with a beautifully landscaped garden, which is available for communal use. The flat is accessible from the farmhouse with a separate entrance and terrace. A private outdoor car parking space is also provided.
The studio on offer has a large living and dining room area with a fully equipped kitchenette (gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine). The cosy living room set also offers the opportunity to relax with German satellite TV (with LCD TV). The bedroom with double bed (1.60 m wide) is located on an open gallery. It is also possible to book an extra bed free of charge. This offer is completed with a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. The entire studio is also equipped with underfloor heating to ensure the perfect cosy temperature.
The distance to the beach is approx. 4500 metres. The beach is accessible via a ramp so that a pushchair or handcart, for example, can also be taken along. Shopping facilities are approx. two kilometres away. There is also a restaurant about one kilometre away.
